All Our 6 oz smash burgers are made in-house daily. We use 20 day aged Somerset minced beef chuck and brisket. We then mould and 'Smash' them on our American flat top griddle adding a pinch of salt & pepper. Gluten free and plain buns are available on request. Customise your toppings and sauces on check out. Please note fries need to be ordered separately.
Why not try our authentic prepared buttermilk fried chicken. Fresh chicken soaked in buttermilk and spices. Then tossed in our own flour & herb coating and fried until crispy. Please note fries need to be ordered separately.

Our kitchen has been specifically designed to ensure all our vegan and vegetarian dishes are prepared and cooked in special designated areas. We even have a special smoker nicknamed 'Reggie' that we smoke all our non-meat products.
